Steel or concrete posts set in concrete with panels slotted between them. The fastest wall to put up on a long straight run, and the one we reach for when the wall has to work hard.

Post and panel walls for long runs and real load
The posts do the work. They go into a concrete footing at spacings worked out for the height of the wall, and the panels drop in between them. On a long boundary that goes up quickly and stays dead straight.
It is also the wall we suggest when there is a driveway, a shed or a neighbour sitting close behind it, because the whole system is designed around carrying that load rather than just holding soil.

Is this the same as sleeper walls?
Same idea. Steel or concrete posts in the ground with panels or sleepers between them. The panels we use are concrete, which lasts longer than timber and does not need replacing down the track.
Can it hold up a driveway?
That is one of the main reasons to use it. The posts and footings get sized for the load sitting behind the wall, and anything carrying vehicles gets engineered properly.
Does it look industrial?
Less than people expect. The panels come with a finish on the face, and once the ground is backfilled and planted you mostly read the top line of the wall rather than the panels.
